This Privacy Policy explains how The Kollective Hospitality LLC (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information for our brands, including The Kollective, The Casper Group, Good Times Worldwide, Bodega, Stush, Help 911, On Call, Superheros On Standby, Tha Old Atlanta and Dr. Dorsey.

Email

Marketing email is sent only to recipients who have explicitly opted in. Every marketing message includes a working unsubscribe link and our physical mailing address. Unsubscribe requests are honoured immediately, and unsubscribed addresses are suppressed before any further send. We also permanently suppress addresses that hard bounce or report a message as spam.
